6p Smallolof, single tile fix

Whilst observing a 6p smallolof game Lorien LoD noticed that the tile at 19.14 was still a cave tile while all the others in the same positions were savannah grass.

I have attached a fixed map as I don't know if it has been fixed in 1.0.2 yet.

Tile at 19.14 changed to savannah grass from cave.

Yes - it was fixed in both 1.0.2 and trunk.
