New toys for art maker

Hello all

my latest SVN commit allows standing frames to be replaced by animations using a [standing_anim] tag in the unit WML

one of the effects is that we now have directional standing frames... Jetryl asked for them long ago, well here they are

The first thing you could do is replace "images/units/human-loyalists/duelist-stand2.png" with something decent. It was just a quick test png I made for boucman. I didn't know he would commit it. :P
