Nope, they could use most of the same graphcis, just have slightly different properties. For example a Royal Guardsman might have a magic sword. I'd make it Marksman myself, so it never lowers attack, but the idea is good. This guy has the trait (potential) to become really really good with his weap...

What order do I calculate this in? I believe you use the standard rules of solving equations ( (), ^, */÷. +/-). I know that ruleset. It doesn't help me. order of operations works just fine So calculate the divisions from left to right, turning "1/Ms/2" into "(1/Ms)/2" which ...
