Heh, assuming that Steve Jobs doesn't exercise a stranglehold over all content created with the SDK, which is a possibility, considering the policies of bricking that Apple already followed...

But anyway...

It would definitely work to raise publicity, as long as Wesnoth can remain GPL.

Okay, interesting. I see now. So what exactly do I have to put for it to be GNU GPL?

As somebody else mentioned, too, I've always had the feeling that for some reason the Saurians were inferior or at least subjugated by the Drakes. In this mindset, if we wanted to keep the familiarity of 'Drakes', we could, just by calling them the Draconian Empire , with the implication being that...

Gotcha. What is officially needed for it to be GPL?

EDIT: And are you entirely sure that a story can fall under the GPL? Because I've seen the official GNU site, and it says "Free Software License"...

I'm confused, slightly. Slightly majorly. Could you expand on that a little? EDIT: As far as I can tell, the GPL doesn't apply. What I'm talking about does not involve software. I don't believe that whether Lackey falls under GPL is at issue here. And in that case, what I designed was merely images,...

I think it's legal, since (being the creator of it) I hold all copyrights associated with the Realms game (with the exception of the Lackey engine, which is not associated in any way with the Realms at War setting). So from that end (porting Realms to Wesnoth), it shouldn't be a problem. (And I can ...

Realms at War (Campaign Concept)

Okay, I'll start with the honest truth here...I'm kinda self-promoting with this campaign idea. The reason being, Realms at War is a free, online Collectible Card Game that I've been developing for a while now. And it just occurred to me that setting it in Wesnoth would be an ideal way to do it. I'd...

RPG-Style Campaigns

So I've been poking around a little, and I was wondering if there were any Wesnoth campaigns that especially resemble skirmish RPGs, with, say, a small amount of units, and a core group of heroes?
