The error is caused by a mistake in the Orcish_Flibustier_Boss.cfg file. Change the line that says id=Orcish Flibustier to id=Orcish Flibustier Boss and all should be fine. I am attaching a fix: Just get rid of the maps subdirectory and replace it by the attached file maps.zip (after unzipping it, of course). The fix works - at least I can now load the first scenario. By the way, you're using the scenario start file, not an old auto-save or in-game save from 0.1.2, correct? There might be a way to fix in-game saves, but I don't know how to do that.
