For my that Sylph description was clear reminiscense of elder female elvish sage from Arcanum game. She was called Silver Lady. From Quintarra. She indeed existed in two words. She indeed was half-blind because her vision was blurred with visions of future possibilities. Who remember such a game now...

Looking on portrait I see that Dirkfang (lvl1 southern naga) would have chakram instead of bow.
I found that this is a good decision.
But I've just sent an update of translation 'wesnoth-units' file for 1.15 and it is still archer Dirkfang there in desription and attacks.

Would the "evil lich" part of the scenario really fit if the player plays undeads ? I think your idea of a treasure guarded by a Skeletal Dragon cover better this case. Anyway it could be nice but this means you have to find a way to have a different set of dialog for each race. There is a problem ...
