One quibble - leather (I think that's leather on the belt and under the chestplate?) doesn't do too well with water, as it tends to get quite brittle when it dries off. That makes it a questionable choice for a Naga, who would likely be constantly in and out of the water. What isn't a questionable ...

It's fairly early on, hardly any shading, but I have started a portrait for the level 1 naga. I'm not LordBob, but even if a better version shows up, this can still be an alternate.

At least a down-scaled version certainly wouldn't be a problem for these forums. Probably OK for other forums too, as long as there is no clash with CC BY-SA 4.0 somehow.

I couldn't use the youtube link, but I downloaded your add-on, and your tracks are great. I really liked Dream_of_Peace, but I think Fantasy_Bell quickly gets to something not quite available in the current soundtrack and would be a good addition.

is that most of their units don't have any special abilities and are more or less slow meatwalls that are mostly good at holding mountainous terrains. It doesn't seem that fun to me. I thought that too, the guardsmen certainly don't add anything, and it doesn't take too many rounds of dwarf fighter...
