1.10.3, 1.10.4, 1.11.0 and 1.10.5. I successfully reproduced the same graphic bugs in all these versions. 
Besides, there is one more in the scenerio which we work with Forst Elves. I did not get the screenshots, but I will upload it soon.
The Imperial Era Fixed is the most updated version, no probloem with it.

No, they just happen normally, in normal gameplays. I only use debug mode to reveal bugs.

Ok, thanks for that. I'd better have a good look at those maps and find out what's wrong.

Yeah, if there's any more the Era thread would seem appropriate, please.
Also, there's probably no need for the screenshots now that I get the idea. Just a list of issues (eg. No image, Issaelfer Fighter Bow, etc) would be sufficient.
