Files Locations

Hello

I am playing games off USB keys or external hard drive because I am travelling with companies computer on which I cannot create any new files or do any modification . But I don't seem to be able to save game or use add-on because it keep trying to create folder in the mydocuments folder to which I can't have access . Is there a way I can change the location where the game want to create these folders ?

Try creating a folder named "userdata" on your external storage device, and then run Wesnoth with the following command:

wesnoth --userconfig-dir PATH_TO_USERDATA --userdata-dir PATH_TO_USERDATA

PATH_TO_USERDATA should be the full, absolute path to your "userdata" folder (a relative path will not work).
