@Kwandulin: Niiiiice.

@Zoomo: It's good. Tone down the shifting of the cape near his feet, slightly.

"I'm not sure exactly what to do on the feet.." <- nothing. The robe resting on the ground should be still, it's only as "drapery" - only when draping in the open air, that it should have any capacity to move, and the amount it moves independently should taper off to nothing the closer it gets to a solid object it's attached to.

This is pretty good, so I really encourage you to finish this!

This influx of people doing bob animations is exactly what I've been hoping for for a long time - this is something our community can genuinely do a pro-level job at (as opposed to some of the really tough things like attack animations), and it motivates me a lot. :) Way to go guys!

Is this toned down enough or should I do it more?

More - the bottom of the cloak moves side-to-side about 3 pixels; drop that down to 2 or so. Right under the belt the movement is fine, it's how much movement there is down at the bottom that's the problem.

Ok, I tried to tone down the movement of it a bit more. I also messed with a few other bits like the little shadowed pouch on his belt. Is this good to be shaded?

Yes, go ahead and shade it now. :)

Maybe the staff shouldnt move, seeing how it's base remaint static. On the other hand i dont really know how much of that sway will remain after shading.
Currently it can get perceived as bends the shape of his staff through sheer strength as if an Ogre.

To me it now looks like the robe magically snaps back into its original place. Maybe it would be good to have one intermediary frame?

Here it is with the shading, I tried to take into account what you guys said about the little leg flap and staff. I also made it display at a speed similar to other standing anims.

Looks very good to me, but one thing seems strange, it's the movement of the beard.
The beard moves way too much up and down, like it is not attached to the face.

I think this one issue ought to be fixed - in one particular frame, the beard is especially low. If we move it up a pixel in that frame, I think this problem will go away.

Other than that, this looks great, and seems ready to go in. :)

Yep, looks great :)

I think the issue with the staff is that the bottom section doesn't tilt.

The movement of the staff looks somewhat more natural now.
The orb in his hand seems to lag behind, getting its shape expanded into an oval and then shrunk back into an circle as the movement occurs.
The movement of his beard is indeed weird, the beard and mustache are attached to the head and doesnt move seperately on it's own like that, but it can be used for funny comedic effect if desired.

There's a dark line on his face during the first descending frame (underneath his nose and such), other than that, this looks quite nice. I think if you're able to fix that, we're probably comfortable with this being ready to go in.

I believe his armmpits jump ab bit too much when he breathes in. Maybe reduce that by one pixel? Other than that it looks very good! :)
