But if I call the main hero of the campaign Skirgaudas of the Outcasts you will say he supposed to be Skirgaudas Outcast??? :D Sorry, I know I speak Baltic since I was three years old that looks a bit weird to me. Or is it me only? :D

Is my art good enough to draw characters? I've drawn my avatar.

Drawing sprites is very different from drawing larger things, especially if those things are on paper. Show us what you can do, and if you're having trouble learning, there are some great artists on this forum who can give you tips.

Is it right(or good) to redraw wesnoth sprites, give them new looks and use them?
And is it possible to copy/paste/rename/modify Wesnoth mainline campaign and unit files to make my own?

And then talking about my campaign idea, I changed the setting a bit. The new idea of a campaign would be about a Prophet who sees a vision there a godly being calls him to gather followers and travel south to seek the true knowledge. So the prophet marches south with his friends and on their journey they learn things they haven't dreamed of...
Is it good or the over one was better?

Yes on both counts, that's the beauty of open-source software. You can use any of the resources used to make the game. That includes existing art and campaign WML. In fact, doing so if you don't have a lot of experience making campaigns is encouraged, as far as I can tell.

Great! Now how can I make those evil white edges on my sprites to go away? :)
