Bit late, having just read your last post, but couldnt you create a new unit exactly the same as his current one, and have him transform into that?

I may be missing something, but that would achieve the desired effect, no?

You could even TRANSFORM_UNIT him into himself.

Something misc. Demilich should have arcane melee attack, just like other Liches - not cold.

No longer relevant here. The last 8 scenaria have been removed in trunk and will be merged into Delfador's Memoirs.

In elves last stand (scenario 7) Galdric doesn't ever recruit. This doesn't make the game impossible, but it sure makes it hard and I don't think it is intenational. I'm using 1.5.6.

In 'Breaking the Siege' I encountered a similar problem to the bug you just addressed from 'Elves Last Stand'. Uradredia does not recruit, making it very difficult to win this scenario (unless you have lots of Shydes and Outriders handy).

How can I fix it myself? I don't have SVN and I'd like to continue the campaign. I checked the WML and tried a few things, but it didn't help (apparently I didn't find the real problem).

In 'Northern Battle' it happened again.
Uradredia does not recruit.

The use of "recruit={ELVES}" in both instances ('Breaking the Siege' and 'Northern Battle') seems to solve the problem.

Yea but in that elf captain (Galdric?) has a #define in which there is recruit={ELVES} too
was there another problem there?
