Re: Mechanical's art

These sprites are absolutely phenomenal, I was bored so I decided to "Un-Nightmarify" the Pegasus, I thought "This might actually be a good addition to the Wesnoth Fauna roster" but then I remembered. "Oh wait, this is a massive mechanical sprite, I then put a Yeti next to the Pegasus and yep, he's massive.
Regardless of his size, with your permission as you are the creator of the sprite, I'll suggest it over on the Wesnoth Fauna Post. (here viewtopic.php?f=9&t=52894)

Yooo, A pikeman on a pegasus, with a bit less armor and a winged helmet, that'll be really cool

Edit : I just realised that te fact you redrew the evil pegasus without rider, it will be easier for me to animate if I do the sword attack, as I won't have to draw some part (considering I'm horrible at shading).

Pegasus looks cool! I don't think it defaults (my sprites do have a different scale), but you can try it :)

Getting pegasus riders of all weapon types is an important first step on the path of Wesnoth becoming Fire Emblem!

Oooh now that's a barbaric looking bunch! The furs they wear! <scared> Oh hey just spotted one with a raven (?) perched on his wrist. They kinda look like Vikings with the axes and ravens and round shields.

Yeah, they're a pretty reliable defense unit.

I swear I'm going to spam them (unless their price doesn't let me do that)

as of writing, they only cost 13 gold. this of course can be subject to change during development, but as of now they are very much intended as a cheap spammable tank. Don't expect much damage from them though :P

Looked closer and I think the guy in the dead centre seems to have a broken sword tip? Or cracked. Looks like a line across the breadth of the sword blade.

After these words, Mechanical deleted the gimp, and the Great Steppe disappeared from the addon server ...
