We had issues earlier but they've been fixed for hours. If this is still affecting you, would you be able to tell us what version of Firefox you are running and on what operating system and version thereof?

I'm not sure what is going on...
Sometimes I can access the site with no problems and other times I'm getting a warning.
I use Tor Browser and Tails is my OS. Latest version for both. Tails is based on debian.

This is the error that I got.
Warning: Potential Security Risk Ahead

Someone could be trying to impersonate the site and you should not continue.

Websites prove their identity via certificates. Tor Browser does not trust forums.wesnoth.org because its certificate issuer is unknown, the certificate is self-signed, or the server is not sending the correct intermediate certificates.

Error code: SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER

When I tried to access the site with w3m I got this message
unable to get local issuer certificate: accept? (y/n)
This happened literally right now.

Edit:
Tails: https://tails.boum.org/
Tor browser: https://www.torproject.org/
Tor browser is based on firefox

Let's Encrypt made a change in late 2020 which might be the problem.

This is what https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/ shows:
