Re: What Operating System do You Use?
The standard ubuntu isn't the only version out there, I installed xubuntu and am loving it, it's nice and light with a lot of customization, while at the same time having access to the ubuntu repos. It seems to use about as much RAM as gnome2- 800MB now with FF, evolution, and pidgin open on a 64bi...

(1) What difficulty level and version of Wesnoth have you played the scenario on? Played on Outlaw (Normal), 1.10.1 from SVN. (2) How difficult did you find the scenario? (1-10) 4, no biggie. Re: Easiest Campaign?
An Orcish Incursion is a really easy campaign. It's relatively small scale, and victory is usually decided by basic tactics such as sticking to the trees and attacking in the day. Tale of Two Brothers is also a good one, and you can't really go horribly wrong with leveling units as it's only four sc...

(1) What difficulty levels have you played the scenario on? This was played on Lord (Normal) on 1.9.7. No saves/reloads. (2) How difficult did you find the scenario? (1-10) I would rate the difficulty at 4/10 by my standards (I'm pretty inexperienced). I started the scenario with around 215 gold, a...

Re: Inky's Quest - The Cuttlefish Campaign
@stegyre: I'm rather bad player (I play mainline campaigns on the easiest difficulty and with save-loading and even then I didn't get far in Northern Rebirth and SotBE  ), so I wanted my campaign to be easy enough for me to finish. I marked it as intermediate because it uses lots of custom un...

Re: Why a "fish" can't hind in a water?
Of course mermen can breathe underwater(...not to be mean). Yes, Mermen could just go to the bottom of the river, but their attack would be lower. Well it just appeared to me that since mermen have humanoid upper bodies, that they would have human respiratory organs as well. I guess that would also...
