Re: Comment on Eleazar's Terrain Improvements or other threa

Cause what? I see nothing wrong in the first screenshot... :hmm: Look to the left, when it goes to the castle and the chasm. There's a weird seam thing there, and the perspective/whatever it's called is wrong, the lava is on top of the chasm, but the chasm is on top of it on the other side. You kno...

Re: Comment on Eleazar's Terrain Improvements or other threa

I found this in 1.9.8: http://i530.photobucket.com/albums/dd341/woodmouse_/lavatransistionthing.png The lava terrain and a castle, and the lava chasm cause that when done like that. Also, the mountain+wall and wall+lava chasm+castle things are a bit messed up. http://i530.photobucket.com/albums/dd34...

Re: A train going with the speed of light

What if two trains were to be accelerated until the point where they'd go with the speed of light, to the opposite directions? You know, like... what would they see when they'd look into the other train that goes just as fast? The normal people, or would they see each other aging faster than normal,...

Re: Campaign art - Sceptre of Fire

Epicness... http://i530.photobucket.com/albums/dd341/woodmouse_/icon_drool.gif It's like, your stuff is now like photos, but have that something that makes it clear they're not. Not sure what that something is, but whatever it is, it's awesome. Wesnoth's art standards keep getting rised up all the t...

Re: What are you listening to?

Ehhh. Let's start putting up NSFW warnings on youtube links guys. Thanks. How can music be NSFW? You mean like because of lyrics? If that's what you mean, it's ridiculous (at least to me) since the line is quite blurry... if there's one f**k in a song, that's insta-NSFW? Then what if there'...

Frogger5 wrote::roll: Thats what they all say... Even if you purposely want them to look blobby, that doesn't make it look good. Sorry if i sound harsh.
...but it IS. They're "blobby" because they're meant to be like in the same style as the game Egoboo. Everything's "blobby".

Um... Bad grammar? I don't understand.
I'd want to say straight, but I don't, so I'll put it this way: if mainline art was a human, that would be a single-cell organism.

...did I say it too clearly? It's hard to not sound mean. :|

Re: Woodmouse's art stuff [random stuff, page 49]

I won't pretend to have any talent at 2D art, but I think you could really stand to brush up on your arm anatomy. They all look like random blobs stuck together, specifically on the pig and the guy running through the woods. ...but... that's the purpose. I didn't mean them to be realistic... it sho...

Re: For spriters: TSR revives TUGS!

Ok. Is this pixel art? http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-0jdNmEgmTTI/Tf6NFLZW-QI/AAAAAAAAAOg/xIBTtveRXxo/s1600/Draco+head.png It's a special kind of a drake head(although not a replacement for the mainline). Problem:It's not facing south west. It... it's... it's like spiderman having sex with batman, which...

Re: Woodmouse's sprites [something weird, page 49]

I'll just post these kinda things on this thread too, since doing another thread would be stupid, annoying and probably against the rules. I've done a few things like this, and I think I don't at least suck at this kinda things, but I don't know for sure, so if you think I suck, etc, say so. :P Oh a...

Re: Zero's Distinct Lack of Art Posts Until Now... Remedied

I love those tiles, especially the one with the green liquid stuff and spikes.

PS: That seahorse-like thing is disturbing.

Re: For spriters: TSR revives TUGS!

Yeah, enjoying your own art is good- it's when you show other people knowing that they may not like your style and try to force them to like it anyways is when the real drama starts. I've seen it happen so many times it's crazy. When your style is unique enough that you're pretty much the only fan ...
