Allow Undo when recruiting

Undoing recruits for undead and woses (which don't get random
traits) doesn't currently work and there are feature requests to
add this feature (one open and the other marked as a dup).

As far as the original poster goes, it is possible to change your
config file to have fixed traits per race. The simplest thing is
probably to raise the num_traits to be the same as the number
of possible traits for normal units (which I think is 4). For elves
it will need to be one higher as they have access to the extra
trait 'dextorous'.

The normal way to handle this is to try to get EPs to the units that
have traits you like and give hazzardous duty to the ones that have
traits you don't like. Then in the next map you can recall the ones
you like and not recall the ones you don't like.
