The chord is actually simply "D9" as the 7th note in the scale is implied. D13 would also include the 7, 9, 11, and 13.
I personally like the song, it doesn't fit into Wesnoth, but it has that backbeat snare that gives it a percussive rock element mixed with pentatonic scale and an almost eastern harmonic element. Nice work.

I'm not a musician, but just my opinion:
I think this tune sounds great. It would fit a place like a dungeon very well - or, perhaps, an army of the walking dead. Maybe even walking through the aftermath of a battle. I personally feel that it's good enough to listen to on its own.
