Alt tabbing out of game in Mac version?

Hello,

is there a way to minimize Wesnoth in the Mac version? (Please, if it is a general-mac-question, do not kill me... I am new to macs

)

If you're using Wesnoth in windowed mode, then the coloured buttons at the top left of the window frame control the window - red to dismiss the application entirely, yellow to minimise (disappears into the dock), and green to switch between maximum size and a smaller, resized, window.

hit Apple-f to go into windowed mode.
(then you can always go in the "wesnoth" menu and choose "hide wesnoth")
