Perhaps you shall modify the cfg from the one i submitted here : https://gna.org/patch/?func=detailitem&item_id=514
(I also added the standard drake portrait and changed the sounds to match the other SVN trunk drakes)

ok, it's official...

Neo won't TC that unit, so someone else has to do it.

if you really want that unit in game, that is....
