There is a version somewhere in the Wiki, but it is possibly outdated...
You can also ask its author, there is an EP on the forums too :D
There is a similar (possibly the same in fact, i haven't checked in details) one in Sapient's scenario.

As of now, I have updated the PSEUDORANDOM page.
