i recon we should use neorice's art more.

Man some of his artwork is just AWESOME! why didnt wesnoth include those images? i saw some for dwarf where it looks way better to replace some of the pictures they have currently. and the undead rider should definitly be added to the undead faction, it will be a loss if its not added, undead doesnt have any cool looking units currently and the undead rider will definitly boost the number of players that use undead. o yea and the dwarf picture(the one with helm covering his face, an axe , a red cape and a cool armour) should also be added into the game as advance units (either lv 2 or 3) coz it looks dame cool. Can anyone tell me where to get the tool to draw all those pictures? i would like to have a go.=)

We don't add units because we have cool graphics, we add units because we believe they will improve game play.

Well, i didnt want to add the undead rider becoz its cool, undead has some serious problem against drakes, and on this other post they suggested to add a unit called harpy to the undead faction, but i personally think the undead rider will suit better, maybe we can give the undead rider a poison blade or some sort and dont forget undead rider plays an important role in the undead race. i fully support NEO's art work i think they are excellent! It would be a shame not to add the undead rider tho...

P.S. dwarf definitly need some balancing.

No offense, but I trust EP more than you, especially when he has Doc Patterson backing him up. Undead are NOT bad against drakes:

Undead have an advantage over drakes because of their lovely cold attacks.
Drakes have good ability to react against undead, too, because of their lovely impact attacks.
The undead don't seem to do so well defending against the drakes. But their offense is awesome.

dont forget, drakes have a nice fire atack, undeads have generally bad resistant agnist fire

well drake is currently overpowered, and every undead vs drake game i played i wont with drake(against player). maybe it depends on the map? i play on charge.
