its truly utterly more professional than my cheap edit. great job!

tho i still would have liked a transparent purple flame around her staff...

Just one minor comment: all the versions look a bit knock-kneed to me. Not a big deal, but it does make her look a little unstable, IMO.

Nice synthesis Jetryl. My only concern (And it is minor and petty) is that her left hand appears to be holding the staff from the front, but I'm not even sure if that is fixable with so few available pixels.

You only mean in the OFFICIAL Wesnoth stuff, Eleazar.

But I've done some really nice animated Frazetta/Boris inspired sprites that would get me banned in a heartbeat.
