Hmm, the amplitude of eye moving is 2 pixels. Is not this too much for breathing for such an old person??
I mean probably he is not a runner after marathon to breath so intensively, with such amplitude. Cannot imagine real old man standing and moving his head up and down so much except he have some real problem with health. Moving staff and ball - why not, but not his head and chest.1 pixel would be better for me then 2 pixels.

Well, may be in the game there are other standarts, it is just my impression.

It's hard work to hold a heavy ball like that all day, and he apparently has no pockets :P

Committed. :) Might you clone the animation for the female Arch Mage?

One additional thing: Wesnoth sprite shadows use a solid block of purple (color code #160034) at 60% opacity. Please use this shade for shadows in the future.

The Arch Mage bob looks great! Let us try to push the Jetrel-o-meter a bit further :)

An attempt at the Dwarvish Runesmith, my personal favourite unit. I wasn't 100% sure wether he rests his hammer on the ground or holds it up in the base image, but I assumed the latter (does this apply to the runemaster/arcanister as well?). I hope you like it! Comments, suggestions for fixes and advice for (future?) bobs are welcomed.

Is the Runesmith's hammer supposed to be moving in a circle? It looks like a stirring motion.
It's spelled "definitely", not "definately". "Defiantly" is a different word entirely.

The animation looks great, but it'd be nice if we could tone down quite how strong the circular motion is - probably by a full half or so. Hopefully that's not too hard to tweak.

Thanks for doing this, though!

Thanks! After looking at the bob again, I am able to relate to your critique that the movement was somewhat over the top. I lessened the circular and sideward motion of the hammer and improved the movement of his right shoulder. I hope it looks better now!

Edit:
Cleaned up several stray and jumping pixels.
