Regarding the prize:
You can name a dwarvish scout on the new Hornshark "Kolbur". Sounds dwarvish enough I think. :D

Sounds good to me. Would you like this Dwarf to have any particular title after the name (Kolbur the ______) ? Just "Kolbur" would be fine of course, though we'd want to think of some way to make the P1 version distinct from the P2. :) A good solution might be something similar to what neki did, with "Neki the Brutal (P1) and "Neki the Brute" (P2).

Has Kobsur been killed in action at the Orcish siege of Pyrennis 2010?

Do I get something named after me too? :)

Grats to the winner (I haven't watched the games yet)

After long thinking with no results I asked help from friends and they came up with 2 magnificent dwarven names. I wish to give these names to one of the dwarven scouts.

They are half finnish so they might seem weird :) but if you translate them they are actually really cool names which any dwarf would be proud of. (One of the names was actually used in our D&D rpg).

First one is Ulysses Mäntyjuuri. (This one was used in our D&D game if I remember correctly he was one bad ass dwarf)
Second one is Vilhelm Viskitynnyri.

Both of the last names are made of 2 finnish words. Mixed with unusual/fantasy english first name.
Mäntyjuuri: Mänty means Scots Pine and Juuri means Root http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Root
Viskitynnyri: Viski means Whisky and Tynnyri means Barrel

Are these names ok?

For Clarification there's one for player 1 and player 2. I guess the second dwarven scout each side would be just randomly named.

Those are good names, though I do not know how to make an umlaut (the two dots) appear in-game. Perhaps we could do without the umlauts. This is kind of cute actually, because if you look up, Kolbur chose the other scout (P1 and P2). You guys will make a good team. 8)

Different keyboards have different layouts - my one has +*~¯ on this key, for example. (It has an actual Ä key, though.)

But simply copy+paste should do here. Just make sure you save the file as UTF-8 (since this is what Wesnoth expects for WML) and not ISO-8859-* or Windows-1252 or some other encoding.
