How do you ban/kick people from games?
I was trying to play a game earlier on the official server but this idiot (Spieler) showed up and started blurting about pornography. I tried to get him to leave but I didn't know how to ban/kick him. Then later he observed a game THAT I BLOCKED OBSERVERS IN. I really need to know how to get rid of idiots like him.

My party used our folding boat to kill a Dragon Turtle... It was rearing back for a breath weapon attack and our fighter (who had fumbled her broad sword (again! )) tossed the boat (in box form) into its mouth and then said the command word for the large ship form.

Um, what is that supposed to mean?
I'm just loaded to the teeth with defensive magic items:
Belt of protection +3
Sash of protection +3
Scarab of protection from magic.
Medalion (which among other things alows me to save for half or nothing when its "defence side is showing".
Plus I'm a stout halfling with a 14 in con, so (under first and second edition rules) thats a +4 vs magic and poison. My save for magic is -2 (I have no idea what that would equal in third edition).
