I have make a new map for my campaign (click here for the old topic) is this map better than the old?

I dislike the font you used for the labels on the new one. I would recommend trying for something that looks more handwritten so that it fits in better.

Does anyone now a good free font?
I'm going to make the next map a bit more dull.

Before doing a new map from scratch, have a look at Wercator: http://www.wesnoth.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4262 which is now available as a web application.

That's funny because I was one of those who recommended a machine font.

The reason I said this was because I had some success adding Halstead to the world map for my campaign. It's not perfect but I had a definite style I was trying to emulate. I don't know how Benj originally made the text, maybe a marker. The cursive text wasn't working though.
