Glad I could make your day :)

Keeping the skirmishing unique to the skirmisher seemed reasonable. The Tribalist is still blessed with the rather good lizard movement type, faster than normal (6 vs. 5) movement, a magical attack, and healing. Given the movement type and speed he's still quite a slippery footed little bugger... And you can't beat the price...

As far a the Wraith & CO goes my original proposal was the same as yours... "Reduce the damage resistance on the ghost line from 60% to 40% increase the HP of the Ghost by 20%, of the Shadow by 20%, and of the Wraith by only 10%... " Basically the unique properties of the rest of the line were well liked, but the drain + those properties was the real problem. So custom resistances were given... they were also given a 10% HP spike... (still technically a loss, but given how much power these guys had not that big of a loss, IMHO... & it increases the value of the Shadow by comparison)

Remember: "No unit should get worse when levelling!"

Also, the Ghost is overpowered. Overpoweredness is NOT well liked.

Don't make me post another rant on why your concerns are SO less important.

Hmm...maybe next time I get interviewed by someone I should say something like "one of the best things about working on a Free game project is the amazing amount of support that developer decisions receive from the user community!" :)

My favourite level 2 unit is the Wraith. Level 3 would be Silver Mage or the Avenger.

I don't know all the units by far, my preferred now are :
Level 1 : Goblin Crossbowman. Maybe not the best, but this guy kicks !
Level 2 : Wraith (uh, you already knew ? )

you guys added the javlineer.

but you don't fix undeads problem with fire, and impact damage.
instead you take down the ghost resistance.

Poor undead..
Will they ever be played

Ghoul should {do?} have impact resistance. Necromancers DO have fire resistance. What's the problem?
For I am Turin Turambar - Master of Doom, by doom mastered. On permanent Wesbreak. Will not respond to private messages. Sorry!

Yes... Silver Mage. Not only is teleporting awesome, it's damn useful. I couldn't have beat Test of the Clans in HttT without.

I don't play undead because it's no fun winning that easily.

Thus, they will be played more (by me) once they are fixed.

No they don't...

Anyway, the Dwarvish Lord and the Bowman are two of my favorite units.
Play a Silver Mage in the Wesvoid campaign.
