when i play the first tutorial scenario ,there's things that i don't understand and the tutorial didn't explain it

why sometimes my elves moving randomly to random place after the turn end?

That looks like if you accidentally made them move to a far away location. The rest of the movement was scheduled for following turns. In happens accidentally a lot.

And, just so you know. If you are not happy with your move you can right click undo. Most of the time.

move too far away?maybe because i move and then i attack?

Dugi was talking about a situation like this:

The elvish fighter can only move to the bright area this turn. You can click on a darkened area, but it will take two turns to get there. (There is a "2" in the highlighted hex.) If you click here, it will complete its move at the beginning of your next turn automatically. If you didn't do this on purpose, it may look random.
