Re: HELP
First of all, you could study the things written in the Wiki, for example here: http://wiki.wesnoth.org/UnitTypeWML
There you can find everything you need to write the cfg-File for a unit.

Also, go into your game's units folder and open one to see how it's made. A Simple Campaign is less centered around units, but can still be a great help for general syntax.

You need to have a read of the Posting Guidelines. Your thread title is all caps and extremely ambiguous.

Re: HELP
Gambit's right; you'll get better results if your title is more specific as to what you need help with. I've taken the liberty of editing your title for you to show what you mean.Gambit wrote:You need to have a read of the Posting Guidelines. Your thread title is all caps and extremely ambiguous.
As to your specific inquiry, Ceres is right, the Wiki is your friend. Dixie's suggestion is also good, in that it's much easier to create units once you take a look at how the current units are coded. It's all plain text, no fancy editor required.
A couple of things to be wary of when working with Wesnoth files:
1) Only work on copies. If you accidentally change the core game files, you're likely to experience errors in multiplayer or even single-player sessions.
2) Be careful to work only in plain-text format. Word in particular can generate all kinds of formatting info in the file that will mess things up when Wesnoth tries to read it.
