Color Question

So, I am working on removing all the color from the game, making it grayscale (long story). Most of that is easily done by batch desaturating images, but I can't seem to remove the color overlay/highlighting on terrain. I've included a picture of what I'm talking about. You can see the purple and red. Any ideas how I would change that?

Take a look at terrain-graphics.cfg. The water images are colour shifted from the base image. Changing the numbers so that they are all equal will solve your problem.
