The first draft of Rhoswen from War of the Guards. She's meant to be very clearly a mage, but still uniquely recognisable. The higher levels will be more different from the mainline units as Rhoswen becomes more of herself and less of a generic mage in terms of both plot and art.

If it's not too late, I think your orc's mace-wielding arm looks like it's not really attached to his body. It looks more like it's dangling by connective tissue, rather than firmly supported by a meaty joint. Both of his arms look like they don't naturally connect to his torso, as if they jut out at weird angles, but it's especially noticeable with his armed arm.
It's spelled "definitely", not "definately". "Defiantly" is a different word entirely.

Not bad! A franken of the mage and rogue from The Rise of Wesnoth, I take it?

@johndh - I tried to fix the Orc's arms by moving them closer into his torso.

@vultraz - Actually, the hair is taken from a change to the Rogue's baseframe in the Art Development sub-forum that never went through. I just recoloured it.

EDIT: I gave Rhoswen a TC book.

Thoughts? Is the TC book a good idea? Does the hair look alright?

Rhoswen is a girl, right? (I have Little knowledge in names  ) Then I think the hair is alright.
I like TC book because it makes her special and separates herself from the normal mage.
Maybe you could make another change which makes her unique.
For example you could give her another staff or a different colour of the cape.

Grip on mace on South Orc Grunt look very weird. It looks like it is holding from wrong side, and arm looks also very weird with that type of grip. The shadow is too small, and unit lacks TC. (in my opinion)
