I think the smaller ones ok, but the bigger one, yer. Needs darker shading towards the bottom.
My spritework can be seen here.

I darkened the lower part but I think it's too dark now.

Nooooooooooooo. Perfect. Contrast is your friend. Especially when working with round things.

It's not too dark, actually I think you got it just right. :) This looks very neat, incidentally.

I think if it's that big it would have stopped being a maggot long ago...

These sprites are awesome. And the maggots rock-i thought you said you couldn't scratch-draw? A couple may make their way into my campaign (The Warpworld, Vampire themed) if that's alright with you.

Keep up the good work :D

EDIT: Oh dear... Looks like I accidentally stole someone's signature. Apologies...

This looks great, but I feel the outlines above are too dark. it kinda conflicts with the light direction somewhat, since it's very similar to the shade of the lower outline.

Sure, go ahead.

Here's a bit slimmer and hopefully more rounder version.

Edit: Fixed it a bit.

Sorry for double post, but I noticed that I had screwed the TC's in some sprites. Here are correct colors.

I think the maggot could use more texture though.

I guess all my stuff is under GPL, so feel free to use it. I would like know where my art is used though. Also, are you talking about the one in Group1 or Group2. I might actually make minimal animations for the first one, otherwise it's all up to you to do animation.

Btw: I will be posting some orc franks soon..
