sorry, I repeat : how can I place an item on a map ?

sorry, i'm going to repeat my question : I think that it's ok to add a creature like a giant spider on a map, but, I don't how I can place an item like a temple or anything else on this map. I try this line :
{PLACE_IMAGE terrain/temple.png 11 13}
but it doesn't working... so can you help me , please

i think you must create scenario file, you need to know WML(wesnoth markup language), here you can learn it(ts not too hard language, at least to do things like this)

P.S.: I think it should be on scenario and campaing development forum
