Forcing a faction on a side

Quick Background, I used to create custom scenarios 10 years ago for my brother and I to play. Used the forums back then for help when I got stuck with stuff, always found someone to help me. I am now trying to create custom scenarios for my son and I to play after taking a "long" break.

I want to force a [side] to always play RE Aquana from the Ageless Era as I am creating a Water Boss for Side 3, fire boss for side 4 and so on...

What tags are appropriate to set an AI to always play a faction without having to choose it on the MP screen? If this isn't the right forum or if you could just lead me to the right information, I do not mind reading and trying, I've attempted such and have been unable to find the solution.

Any help would be appreciated.
