Survival Fusion 2 For Wesnoth1.8

Hi,guys.I like the survival fusion in Wesnoth1.6.So I modified the add-on.Now It can be played on Wesnoth1.8.The question is that can I post it to the server?May I need the permitment of the creator?And the last question,if I can,how to upload?
