I vote for C. I don't like how D appears to have no jawbone...

I am tenaciously voting for D because it looks more sinister and its details are clearer. With C, there is still some of the "pale face" problem.

C, D seems more like a stomrtrooper helmet than a skull to me

(and yes, I know the helmet was actually modeled after a skull)
