Random Day/Night

I noticed that in most smaller maps that if a player starts with good units that he has a slight disadvantage. By the time he gets his villages and recruits night is come.
I know it has been proposed before, but what are the plans for or against it..?

There are none, as it is already in the game, both in 1.4 and 1.5. If you click off use map settings, you can see a box to click that allows for random start time.
Mainline Maintainer: AOI, DM, NR, TB and THoT.
UMC Maintainer: Forward They Cried, A Few Logs, A Few More Logs, Start of the War, and Battle Against Time
