save the zoom-factor / sortation at military draft / ...

Post by LAZA »

Hai everyone!

1.
On my screen (1152x864 on 21") the bases measure 2,3 cm (left form right), all is BIG. :?
For now, I use the zoom three times, but every reload, every new scenario a.s.o it goes back to normal size.

So please (if it's possible?) save also the zoom-factor that I (and I believe there some more...) mustn't tip every time three times the 'minus'.

2.
At the military draft I have to sort every draft I need the list again and again after the experience points (the most I need at the beginning of an scenario) or the typ of unit (later).

This setting would it make much easier and safter to start into the scenario.

3.
At the south guard campaign, level 'Tal der Tränen' (valley of tears???) the bodyguards of Ethilien only appear if somebody would killed.
IMHO it would a good idea they would appar if Ethilien is attacked by an enemy so you mustn't wait for an loss...

Thanks for the great game (and four week of holidays)

Merry Christmas and have a nice ride into the New Year

I second this. Restore the last zoom level (across restarts too), and bring up the recall list with the last used sorting.

I also agree with the part about Ethilien's bodyguard, but that should go in the "Campaign Feedback" forum.

That's really not up to us - it would be a decision for the Ubuntu devs to make.

Excuse me, I discovered this thread by performing a search for the feature I would like to request, namely the item #1 the OP of this thread suggested. I would REALLY like to have the option to have all loaded games load at the previous level of zooming (it is sometimes a chore to zoom in 11 times on hard scenarios).

The last reply is about 2 years old, and I didn't understand it.
Has there been any update, additional information, or anything a smart person might add as to how and in which way the feature might / might not be added?
THANK YOU

It most likely won’t be added until the zoom feature itself gains some more visibility to avoid confusion.

This post in Technical Support should provide more information.
