The Zolpha doesn't have unit graphics, you just see terrain.
You need to use the minimap / mouseover the hexes to find the zolpha.

I think you mean gameplay wise? Dwarves are always at ends with elfkinds in any setting. It's like a rule of thumb.

Intelligent levels off after a while - at L3 for most units. Looking at it from a different perspective, intelligence is actually a big advantage. In long campaigns, you get a heavy hitter faster, that means you have early unit(s) to dish out the strong blows and the XP can be saved for other units...

I don't think you need a swarm bonus simply because if you can already churn out masses of zero-upkeep cheap units, that should be bonus enough. Of course, if L0 units become more expensive, then this swarm strategy becomes less useful. Remember also that an L0 unit can occupy villages and exert ZO...

To elaborate on the previous thread's discussion, the campaign version should be shown in the select campaign window. campaign authors can do this now without dev support by putting the version number in their campaign summary (like how the Liberty campaign does it), but it would be good to have cod...

Campaign Version

For unofficial campaigns, can we have a mandatory version number in one of the campaign config files?

The campaign download screen should be able to check the list of available campaigns and filter out the campaigns that are already downloaded, if the versions are the same.

another thing you should do is make a map where you dont start on a castle, where you have to choose which terrain to defend and go to the castle on that terrain. this is hard to do, and requires a config file, which makes it harder to install. why shouldn't starting position be a supported option ...

I think full screen makes the game look more professional. Windowed mode should only be in Options.

Or create two shortcuts in the program menu: BfW (Full-Screen) and BfW (Windowed)

When Dacyn advances to a Mage of Light, can we have a portrait of Dacyn as a Mage of Light instead of a White Mage? This would need a new portrait and some code logic in EI ..

Bug fixes are frozen too until the next version? In some open source software projects new features are frozen when approaching the release cycle, but bug fixes are allowed.
