I found out about it at the MacOsX software, under games. I'm glad I did!

Why not equip the vampire with the ability to turn into a bat, faster move speed, reduced combat stats? The change could cost maybe 1 move point.

I am just wondering how old Wesnoth players are. I understand this is weird.

That's perfectly fine, but why did they make him lvl 5, when all other lvl 5 units(though they are few) are much better than it, and many lvl 4 units are better, I mean, It's perfectly fine to have an "over the hill" unit, but why not make it a lower level?

Has anyone noticed that the great mage is better that the elder mage?

I have heard a lot of complaints in the forums about the outlaws being in the knalgan alliance. Notice, it is not called the dwarves, it's called the KNALGAN ALLIANCE. An alliance is two(or more) different groups that have joined together, not just the dwarves

I have two thins to say about advance heal. First, I think that there should be some thing in the game where, every 50 xp or so after maximun level the unit recieves a full heal, the same as the normal advance heal. Only the thief is in classic human(and his level ups) not the thug, poacher, footpad, etc.

Why not just put the rest of the outlaws with the classic era humans, like the thief, and leave them in the great war alliance of darkness, and just not have them in the age of heroes era?

I realize that a lot of people will resent this idea, but maybe there could be an upgrade sheet for your castle? It would be reached the same way as recruiting a unit, and would contain things such as upgrading defences, increasing the level of units that can be recruited, etc. Anybody like this idea?

i'm pretty new to wesnoth, but i love it already! I was wondering if, when 1.0 comes out, there will be a cost associated with it, and, if the people that have dowloaded it pre-1.0, can download the updates for free to, or if we'll have to pay to upgrade to 1.0, and, if so, what would the cost be? i just wanted to know what the loyal attribut does, for some reason I can never see the tooltip for it

I was wondering why it is that when you attack with a unit and kill on the first attack, you can't use the rest of your attacks on other enemies.

I have a prob with the editor, evertime it opens I get a black screen, and then it quits, any help? By the way, I have a mac.
