reply menu but no action menu in SVN?

hello - i just checkout and a built wesnoth from svn with tag 8804 and when I play a normal level it comes up with some weird replay, shroud and fog options along the bottom of the screen and I can use the actions menu at all! Clear this is a new feature but it seems to have broken stuff :D

I have not seen the map but that makes instant sense to me! Why would a race hill dwellers have a major city so close to a river where they are weak? I;m sure there are good arguements but it is a good question :)

Perhaps leadership could provide +25% damage to units of a lower level no matter how much lower they are? A level 3 General would give +25% to a level 2 Pikeman and a level 0 Peasant just the same. This wouldn't completely change leadership, would simplify its usage, and would cover the +50% or mor...

Er - can I have a clarification? Is it the same old berserk on Attack only with and 80% to hit for both sides that you are proposing? Or a new berserk, where both sides just get 80% chance to hit in one round? I assume it must be the first but I dunno.

Instead, in a campaign game, a unit with leadership is almost useless. After two or three scenarios, your units have the same level as the leader.
That's total crap - worth pointing out
