I compiled it on "development" mode to see if it would work. (compiles quickly, runs slow) I'm about to compile it in deployment mode (runs fast, compiles slow), but I'm guessing Sith's version will be available before my computer finishes compiling. (my computer takes a few hours to compi...

Re: Levelling up

The problem is that it rarely happens in the time frame of a typical multi-player game. I keep my experience at the default value and even on a small map like The Broken Bridge, there will be several units who reach level 2. However, I must admit that a recall feature for a single-elimination tourn...

I would say that free healing and adding 1 or 2 to the max HP would be plenty. Keep the unit's level the same.

To the best of my knowledge, (In the whopping three multiplayer games I've played), you start with a L2 leader and recruit L1 guys each time. Regardless, that's fine to me, and I don't see how it's "boring" like that. You get many units to choose from, and they can level up during the game...

Full screen, mouse.

I'll try the arrow keys if that happens again.

(I've only used the editor that one time)

I played with the editor for a bit. Really nice overall, but it wouldn't let me scroll down after a while and I had to click on the minimap if I wanted to get to the bottom of the map.

Oh, I hardly remember it myself, but it was useful to learn concepts like loops and if-then logic at an early age.

I'm new here, so nobody knows me, but I am 27. Started playing strategy games like Risk, Stratego, and Chess with my dad as soon as I could reach the tabletop. Started computer programming in BASIC around 3rd grade. Played a lot of NES, SNES, and Genesis RPG and Strategy games in the late 80s and ea...

I've never had trouble with IoA on medium. Beat it the first time I tried it. Beat it again the second time. (Though I had to retry the first two scenarios multiple times.) I send Delfador, a healer, and an archer west to hold off the enemy and try to keep the villages flagged. The toughest part is ...

New here, love this game. Anyway, here's how I did Siege of Elensefar on medium difficulty. First get an elf captain, 2-3 archers / fighter, and a shaman by the south gate. Stay on your side of the moat. Get 2-3 merfolk / tritons into the moat, and put an expendable one near against the southeast br...
