The danger is that L2 and L3 mages are quite powerful when used properly in SP. More or less, once you get them and your set of tanky fighter units, the campaign is pretty straightforward to smash from there. Saurians: I don't think changing ambusher to have 3 ranged strikes or stronger ranged is good because it's a melee class unit so I don't think we should change the class to be more mixed fighter.
