This is unnecessary. The Paladin still has a lance (which does loads of damage) and choosing Pillager over Goblin Knight is a tactical consideration. You could add some caves in the middle with a token village for some added flavor. I mean like have 5 small caves that only connect to the ring. I don't think it would change the tactics all that much since there would probably be less than 5 actual cave hexs per cave. Maybe they could go at he base...

I think that the only modification that should be made to the dragonstick is that the stock should be a bit less angular. I also think that the weapon's barrel should be seen, unless the machinations of a dragonstick are different from that of an actual flintlock musket. Speaking of which, I think ...
