I notice that 1.1.13 is actually smaller than some of the previous version, both in its compressed and decompressed versions. Is this a reflection of improvements in the coding, and in the reuse of libraries?

game not noticing loss of prime character!!

I'm playing 'The Legend of Wesmere'. 1) In 'Shadows in the Dark', the game failed to recognise that Cleodil had been killed - one of the fail conditions 2) In 'Save the King' , the game failed to recognise the loss of King Garard - again of the fail conditions. BfW v.1.1.11 Mac OSX 10.4.7, dual 2.5G...

If you're using Wesnoth in windowed mode, then the coloured buttons at the top left of the window frame control the window - red to dismiss the application entirely, yellow to minimise (disappears into the dock), and green to switch between maximum size and a smaller, resized, window. Apologies if y...

Hear, hear!!

I have quite a lot of full-price games, and quite frankly, they just don't get the playing they probably deserve, because Wesnoth is so much fun!

Hi Scott, and goodbye...

Id like to thank you for all you've done, particularly as I am a Mac user, and you have often provided greatly needed work on the Mac binary releases, amongst other things.

All the very best in your employment, and your life as a whole.

Warmest regards,
Star Gazer

OK, just a thought. Probably a good job it wasn't that - it's giving a lot of people grief! So... somewhere a file has ended up in the wrong place, or isn't where it expects it to be. Did you try reassigning his account as having admin priviledges, and try it to see if Wesnoth launched then? When yo...

You may already be aware of this, and it may be a complete red herring, but do you have any other problems? - I notice you have updated to 10.4.7, and there have been a LOT of problems with this security fix. If that is the problem, be advised that there is no simple solution yet... ...other than a ...

What is your operating system? If it is a Mac, running OSX, then you will find it in 'usr/library/preferences/wesnoth/preferences - on that list the last two items define the screen resolution as 'x = ...', and 'y = ...'. Just change those to 800 and 600. I'm assuming that other systems, such as Win...
