Re: "Aeranor: Book I": Opinions on Inventory Structure Reque

I myself would prefer choice A because that way I don't have to search all over the inventory for several minutes to find an object that has changed position.

This project has been shut down in favor of the improved Aeranor: Book I campaign.

Re: Written in Blood campaign thread

This is a great campaign, very original. My only gripe is that some of the maps are rather basic and that makes for a less enjoyable gameplay. Great job.

movement question

Is there a way to increase a unit's movement for a limited amount of time, say 1 turn? If so then can someone tell me what it is.

Thanks.

Re: Merman Warrior Attack Animation

It seems to me that the right hand is sliding down the shaft of the trident as he extends his thrust. I doubt that if in a real fight he would do that.

Re: Era of Flight

First off, thanks for the feedback :) I had actually considered both of those ideas...im just not sure which birds would be good to use...the nightingale already has a ranged song attack, but its not particularily good because it is a healing unit...can anyone suggest a good songbird? Perhaps one w...

Re: Era of Flight

Maybe the nightingale could sing a song that kills their enemies. :lol2:

Suggestions for units include hawks, crows, ravens, pheasants, and peacocks.

Re: The Southern Chains [Fan-fic]

Great! :D I find myself wondering what will happen to the overall arch of the story, not just what is going to be in the next challenge for the escapees.

Re: Gambits Empire Builder 3.0

I just downloaded the 1.8 version and I have to say that after a few games in 1.6 I really liked the era. One thing that I want to point out is that (since the ai don't use their peasants for building) it gets pretty easy if you make a map with an island in the middle of a deep-water lake and build ...

Re: The War of Terrador

...2D seems very unimpressive. ??? I'm wondering how you can look at the new drakes and say that... I'm talking about strictly sci-fi games and drakes simply don't fit that picture. I'm not criticizing the art in BfW since it is a more medieval styled game and was intentionally created with 2D grap...

Re: The War of Terrador

I really enjoyed this campaign really because it is not just the only working sci-fi campaign it is really the only available sci-fi campaign (on 1.7-1.8 ). The only thing that irks me about this add-on is not the actual add-on but the fact that BfW is a 2D game and I prefer 3D with sci-fi games bec...

Re: How to overwhelm 3p-Survival

I find another important factor in how your scenario goes is gold and income management. Some people are overconfident or daredevils and go into a steep debt with buying too many units for the first couple of turns but I prefer to keep my income from going below 0. This way you can build a back up a...
