My era (Longbow's_MP_era) lets you play trolls as a faction on its own.
You can only recruit the whelp, but your leader can be a hero, shaman, normal L2 troll or rocklobber IIRC.

I think it should probably be more consistent with the red (not orange) dragon in this shot, because that seems the most likely fire-dragon redo. You also probably need to anti-aliase or whatever it is called to smooth the edges, though maybe that's ok until you decide on a finalised shape/start sha...
