Re: Scenario Review: DM 8 - Ur Thorodor
I agree this is a little tricky, but the point is: don't give the griffons an easy kill. If you have to, make it an unimportant unit. I played it again after a one day break and I finally beat the scenario. I was lucky that the gryphons positioned themselves in another way and they attacked unimpor...

Re: Demon Units
Thank you, guys. I'll see the other eras. I know it's nothing near trivial to add another faction in the mainline.

Demon Units
I've been playing Wesnoth for some time (actually more than a year), and just realized that I'm missing demon units, or better, demon race. What do you think?

Re: Fallen
Look here: Extended chord - Wikipedia Thanks. West, here are the songs. Listening to them again after a long time, I must take back what I said earlier. They're not orchestral in almost any way, they just use some typical orchestral arrangements and a few instruments like violins, violas, etc. http...

Re: Fallen
User-made campaigns might however be interested in music like this, given they're not only fantasy, but in a wide variety of genres, including steam-punk and sci-fi. Hard to say, but you could revise it and perhaps it could be picked up by someone. But yeah, generally the closest you can get to the...

Re: Fallen
The tune is also very repetitive, as it basically has only two different parts and goes on for more than four minutes. This is very true. Some people like repetitiveness, some don't. And I understand that it might not fit with the Wesnoth style. Sorry if this isn't what you want to hear. You needn'...

Re: Fallen
I found it last week on a disk from my old computer. I think it's called Orchestral. I don't have internet at home, so I'm just guessing. It has around 130 MB. A professional game musician gave it to me in a company I worked for several years ago. I don't know if it's free, sorry.

Re: Fallen
I think this has a chance to get into the game, but you really need better samples. Heh, when I found this orchestral library sitting on my disk, I thought I had a grail. I used to work with standard GM before, so I was awed by the library's sound. Well, now, I'm to reconsider it. I really like the...

Fallen
Hi, guys. I'd like to contribute. For that, I need your opinions on my new piece. It is a work in progress, so please, do not expect a perfect mix. What I need is your opinion, so that I know if this piece has a chance to get into the game or not. Thanks in advance. http://www.sendspace.com/file/rss...
