I think many long for this terrain type.

I suggest something along the lines of the attached image, only much more crumbled and overgrown.

It doesn't really need high contrast (I'm not saying it can't be improved), most anvils are fairly dull (am I using this word right?).
Added a shadow (probably the wrong one...)
